Responsibilities:
Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagementAssure benefits have been verified, authorization was received, and review intake documents for completion before the evaluation and follow up treatments per insurance guidelinesScheduling patient follow up appointments per insurance guidelines and plan of care prescribed by evaluating clinicianCollect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductible at time of serviceAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentMaintaining patient records and accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating the accountMaintain communication with the center manager and provider relations specialistEffectively communicate both verbally and written with referral sources and vendors
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalentSuccessfully complete a data entry assessmentCustomer service experience preferredMedical terminology knowledge desiredHours:
Monday - Friday; 40hrs/weekLocations:
